Letter to Colonel Varick regarding the progress of the Saratoga Campaign. Schuyler asks that Varick "hint to Gen. Gates that care ought to be taken that the troops do not damage any of the buildings, nor destroy the fences within it (Saratoga)". Written at Albany, N.Y.
