Born in London, Kahn is known particularly as an author of political exposés. He is also a performing arts photographer. His book, JOYS AND SORROWS, REFLECTIONS BY PABLO CASALS (New York: Simon and Schuster, 1970) contains some of his photographs in this collection. He is currently living in Glen Ellen, California.
