Henry Harley "Hap" Arnold (June 25, 1886 – January 15, 1950) was an American general officer holding the ranks of General of the Army and General of the Air Force. Charles Pearre Cabell (b. October 11, 1903, Dallas – d. May 25, 1971) was a United States Air Force general and Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (1953–1962).
