Henry Harley "Hap" Arnold (June 25, 1886 – January 15, 1950) was an American general officer holding the ranks of General of the Army and General of the Air Force. Charles Pearre Cabell (b. October 11, 1903, Dallas – d. May 25, 1971) was a United States Air Force general and Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (1953–1962). He graduated from the U.S. Military Academy in 1925 and, after completing flying training, entered the Air Corps in 1931.
