Constitution; newsletters; financial records; membership lists; correspondence; files on elections, committees, exhibitions, videos, special events, and art-related legislation; minutes; reports; and photographs of members. Also included are four scrapbooks containing clippings, posters, photos, correspondence, printed material, and reproductions of artists' works. Newsletters, 1949-1987; a run of the Association's quarterly, The Artists Proof, 1987-1991, list of presidents, 1945-1995; and files on artists Henry Botkin, Emlen Etting, Ernest Fiene, Roy Gussow, Yasuo Kuniyoshi, Jacob Lawrence, Louise Nevelson, and Karl Zerbe.
