Includes copies of three confidential Consolidated Interrogation Reports in typescript issued by the Art Looting Investigation Unit (ALIU) of the Office of Strategic Services of the U.S. Army with the following titles and authors: (1) Activity of the Einsatzstab Rosenberg in France by J.S. Plaut; (2) The Goering Collection by Theodore Rousseau, Jr. and (3) Linz: Hitler's Museum and Library by S. L. Faison, Jr. The last has holograph annotations, a memo, lecture notes, clippings and a letter inserted. Also includes copies of thirteen confidential Detailed Interrogation Reports in typescript on individual Nazi officials connected with art looting during World War II. Some of these have correspondence between Faison and others inserted in them. There is also a photocopy of typescript notes by Faison on his role in investigating art looting for a lecture at Williams College in 1986. Also includes three photographs of people involved in the ALIU and a postcard of Altaussee, Austria.
