Edward Armin Schumann, Philadelphia gynecologist, was born on 9 July 1879. He married Hazel Prince, 1910, and had three sons, including physician Francis Schumann. Schumann died on 18 Oct. 1970. Edward A. Schumann received an M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1901, then practiced obstetrics and gynecology in Philadelphia until his death.
