15 black and white photographs. One photograph, undated but bearing a stamp identifying it as having been taken for LIFE magazine, shows Schweitzer playing piano. This photograph is signed by Schweitzer and inscribed by him to the Memorial Library of Music. The remaining 14 photographs show various scenes from the hospital compound in Lanbaréné, Gabon, West Africa. Albert Schweitzer appears in many, but not all, of these images.
