[1] 1829, January 7, Rydal Mount, England, to William Wood, Cockermouth, England [1 l.]. Address and end of letter only.--Sends his regards tohis mother and sister. [2] n.d., Clappersgate, Eng. [1 l.].--He is sorry that he cannot attend a birthday dinner. [3] n.d., Grasmere, Eng. [1 l.]. Signature and postscript only. Paper is torn and folded.--"I am at best a wretched pen-man & a most impatient letter-writer." [4] n.d. [1 l.]. Fragment: last leaf with signature.--She [Dorothy] is quite well except for rheumatism at this cold season. "With kind remembrances and good wishes of the season."
