This scrapbook was presented to George E. Crothers by students of Stanford Law School in appreciation of his donation of Crothers Hall, a dormitory for law students. The letters are from law school alumni, faculty, administrators, and Stanford Trustees, including Herbert Hoover, Donald B. Tresidder, Ray Lyman Wilbur, Marion R. Kirkwood, Herbert C. Jones, and Earl Warren. The scrapbook has an illuminated title page with hand calligraphy by C.C.M.
