On December 7, 1976 President Philip G. Hoffman announced the 50th Anniversary of the University, with events to run throughout 1977. This collection consists of documents relating to the various events of the celebration and the committee overseeing the events. Materials include agendas, correspondence, minutes, brochures, forms, calendars, commemorative newspaper articles, and press clippings dating primarily from 1976 and 1977.
