Richard L. Fearn was a professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering from 1965 until 2003. He began as an assistant professor in 1965, became an associate professor in 1975, a full professor in 1980, and a professor emeritus in 1996. Prior to coming to the University of Florida he was an instructor at Auburn University (1960), and an instructor at Memphis State University (summer of 1962). From the description of Papers, 2003.
