Henry Denecke, Jr . was timpanist with the Minneapolis Symphony Orchestra for eleven years, ending in 1952. Previously he had played with the Cleveland Symphony and the Pittsburgh Symphony. Peter Kogan is the Principal Timpanist of the Minnesota Orchestra.
