Shows troops of the 474th Inf. Reg't. Part 3, at Myitkyina, Bur., gas drums are repaired, filled, and flown to China. Part 4 shows operations at an underground munitions plant in Hunan Prov., China. Part 5 (Reel 2), carrier planes strafe ships, air bases, railroads, and factories in Japan. Part 6 describes the Mark 25 mine and demonstrates how it is dropped by parachute into Japanese waters. Part 7 shows 3 views of the atomic bomb test near Los Alamos, N. Mex. (July 16).
