Reel 2, Chinese air cadets in the U.S. study English, examine the Norden bombsight, fly P-38s, practice strafing, graduate, and board transport planes bound for China. Shows scenes along the Great Wall, construction by coolies of an airstrip, and U.S. bombers landing on the airstrips. Reel 3 shows Pres. Roosevelt and Churchill at the Quebec Conference. Japanese installations in New Guinea are strafed; Gen. MacArthur observes paratroops dropping on Lae. Chinese coolies build an airstrip. Shows Gen. Chennault and "Flying Tiger" pilots. Carrier-based planes bomb Japanese shipping off Wake and island installations, and return to the carriers.
