Part 2 shows striking lumber men and woodworkers in Washington,and striking aluminum workers in Cleveland. Shipyard workers return to work in the San Francisco shipyards. Draftees train in an Army camp; Gen. Hershey speaks. Steve Early announces the Pres.'s order for Government seizure of the North American Aviation plant in Inglewood, California. Striking workers, incited to riot by their leaders, are dispersed by troops and return to work.
