Bob (Robert Warren) Schaffer, born July 24, 1962, in Cincinnati, Ohio, served Colorado's Fourth District as their United States Congressional Representative from 1997 to 2002. Schaffer attended the University of Dayton (Ohio) and graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in public administration.
