Lavinia Jones Emmert was born to Anthony Kennedy and Eva (Gephart) Jones on November 19, 1880 in Dunlap, Iowa. She married Melvin J. Emmert on December 14, 1910 in Omaha, Nebraska and had two children. Beulah Harriet was born in Haugen, Montana on April 28, 1913 and died in Baltimore, Maryland on January 27, 1915.
