John Frisbee Keator (1850-1910) was born in Roxbury, Massachusetts and attended Yale University, from which he graduated in 1877. Keator attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School and graduated in 1879. He lived in the Germantown section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he practiced law.
