This series contains affidavits, reports, clippings, correspondence, memoranda, personnel forms, receipts, recommendations, regulations, statements, telegrams, and testimonies relating to the investigation of, and actions taken on, charges of unfair labor practices (C cases); petitions for investigation and determination of questions concerning representations of employees (R cases); as well as union authorization (UA cases) and union-shop de-authorization (UD cases). Photographs of striking workers, buildings, and other subjects are interfiled throughout the series. Subjects represented in the series include: the Landrum-Griffin Act, the Taft-Hartley Act, and the Wagner Act.
