This collection gives an insight into the business side of baseball. This collection includes the Minnesota Twins' 2002 Strategic Plan, 2003 Operational Plan, 2002 and 2003 Organizational Summaries and their 2003 and Beyond Follow LIst. The Follow List are divided into two booklets, alpha by school and alpha by name. The Operating and Strategic Plans include objectives for ticket sales, broadcasting, marketing, finance, etc. Also included are scouting reports for the Chicago White Sox team of 2002 and Free Agent Reports from February to June 2003.
