Will send under separate cover a copy of Oklahoma's New Constitution, which she hopes will meet with his approval. Wants his comment and possibly the reaction of the local press. HOpes that this new law will eliminate sweat shops and slums. The Governor asked her to get the people together for next year's gathering in Oklahoma. Asks if he would be there.
