Commending the work of John Davis, an editor for Mr. Robson, who added committee lists and a "long-parl[iamen]t list" to Carlyle's Cromwell; noting that Davis should be paid for his work on the lists, and adding that he is prepared to pay £5 if Chapman thinks he should cover it.
