Lyon, W. H., fl. 1861-1920.
W. H. Lyon (fl. 1861-1920) was a lieutenant in Company I, 6th North Carolina Infantry Regiment, Confederate States of America. Lyon served with a North Carolina Regiment at the First Battle of Bull Run and in other actions, until he was captured and imprisoned at Point Lookout, Md., in 1863
