Dollard, Robert, 1842-1912.
Army Officer, Attorney, Politician.
After locating on a homestead in Douglas County in 1879, Dollard set up a law practice in nearby Scotland in 1880. He was the first Attorney General of South Dakota and he served in the South Dakota legislature in both the House and the Senate.
