Olin, Rollin C.
Olin was born August 25, 1839. He enlisted in Company B, 3rd Wisconsin Regiment on May 1, 1862, as a resident of Northfield, Rice County, Minnesota. He later served as First Lieutenant with the 3rd Minnesota Regiment. After service in the military he became a physician in Detroit, Michigan. Clowney, of Mineral Point, Wisconsin, enlisted August 9, 1862 as a major with the 30th Wisconsin Regiment, and in 1864 was stationed at Fort Snelling. He was discharged September 20, 1865, at Louisville, Kentucky. He died Augsut 15, 1885, and is buried in Graceland Cemetery, Mineral Point, Wisconsin.
