Ford Motor Company. Industrial Relations.
Monthly management meetings were created by Henry Ford II and Ernest R. Breech in 1947. They were intended to establish two-way communication between all parts of the Ford Motor Company management team. The first meeting was held at the Rotunda Theater, Dearborn, Michigan, on March 25, 1947.
