Lester Rogers Taylor (1894-1962) was a prominent farmer and business man in Provo, Utah.

Lester Rogers Taylor was born on November 24, 1894 in Provo to T. and Maude Rogers Taylor. He served a mission to New Zealand. He married Vivian Parkinson in the Salt Lake Temple in 1918. He organized the radio station KNEU in 1946, was a farmer and irrigator, and was secretary and director of Alta Ditch Irrigation Company. He was a director fo the Provo Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Rotary Club. He was also the director of the Taylor Brothers Company and the owner of the Lester R. Taylor Piano Company with his wife. He and his wife had five children and sixteen grandchildren. He died on September 2, 1962.

Peggy Taylor Harrison Geddes is the granddaughter of Lester R. Taylor. She was born to Curtis V. and Deanne Harrison. She is an author and family historian who is listed as a contributor to the book "Legacy of Sacrifice: Missionaries to Scandinavia. 1872-94." She currently lives in Shoreline, Washington.
