The Cosmopolitan Club at Washington State University, an organization for international students and others with an interest in international relations, was active during two different time periods. It was formally organized in 1910, but became inactive a few years later, perhaps because of World War I. The group was organized again in 1922 as a branch of the American Cosmopolitan Clubs, and remained active from that time through the early 1940s. The primary purpose of the Cosmopolitan Club was to provide social and cultural opportunities for foreign students.
