McLemore Plantation.
Montgomery County (Ala.) cotton plantation owned and operated by the McLemore family since it was founded by Moses McLemore (b. 1857) in the late 19th century. Formerly included a cotton ginning operation and a general store, the McLemore Mercantile Company.
