Emerson, Dorothy, b. 1943
Dorothy Emerson was an Austin feminist and member of the Austin Area Holistic Health Association (AAHHA). She was involved in the opening of the Austin Wellness Center (started by the AAHHA) and in the “Khan Du project,” a mini-series produced by the San Antonio Television Station KLRN about career education for handicapped children. Emerson is now a Unitarian Universalist minister in Medford, Massachusetts.
