Houghtaling and Dougan was an American architectural firm based in Oregon. It was a partnership of Chester A. Houghtaling (b. October 27, 1882 – d. March 31, 1940) and Luther Lee Dougan (b. July 28, 1883 – d. October 9, 1983). A number of their works are listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).
