When Henry Ford II took over Ford Motor Company in 1946, he worked together with John S. Bugas on massive organizational and cultural changes. Bugas served as Vice-President-Industrial Relations until 1959. Under him was Malcolm L. Denise, who later became head of Labor Relations staff within Industrial Relations.
