U.S. photographer, editor, columnist. B. July 24, 1904 Euclid, Ohio. His father, Jerome Brainard Zerbe, was a paying teller in Colorado National Bank during 1860s. Left Denver, Colo. May 22, 1867 for same position with Kountze brothers' First National Bank in Omaha, Neb. Later became president of Ohio & Pennsylvania Coal Company.
