Settle, Fay Brackett
Faye Brackett Settle grew up in Massachusetts. She married Admiral Thomas G. W. Settle, a naval officer who spent time serving aboard airships. She lived in China and other locations in Asia while her husband was assigned to the Asiatic Fleet. She also lived in Newport, Rhode Island.
