Michael Dennis Rogers (born July 16, 1958) is an American lawyer and politician serving as the U.S. representative for Alabama's 3rd congressional district since 2003. He is a member of the Republican Party of Alabama. Since 2021, he serves as the Ranking Member of the House Armed Services Committee. From 2019 to 2021, he served as the Ranking Member of the House Homeland Security Committee. Rogers is one of 147 Republican lawmakers who voted to overturn results in the 2020 presidential election.
