Haywood Stirling Gilliam Jr. (born October 13, 1969) is a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. On September 8, 2014, President Barack Obama nominated Gilliam to serve as a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, to the seat vacated by Judge Claudia Ann Wilken, who took senior status in December 2014. He received his federal judicial commission on December 19, 2014.
