Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. Special Committee on the Revision of the Book of Common Worship.
At the suggestion of Henry Jackson Van Dyke, Chairman of the committee that issued the Book of Common Worship in 1906, the 140th General Assembly (1928) appointed a special committee to undertake its revision. Rev. Van Dyke was again Chairman. The revised edition was published in 1932.
