Thomas Biggs was a mill owner and enslaver in Martin County, North Carolina. Biggs was the son of William Biggs (1756-1815) and Milly Ward (1758-). Biggs was married to Susan Elizabeth Clements Biggs (1791-) and was a member of Jamesville Primitive Baptist Church, possibly serving as a minister of the church.
