Neumann, William L. (William Louis), 1915-....
Variant namesNeumann (1915-1971), a revisionist historian, taught at Goucher College beginning in 1954. He was a conscientious objector during World War II and was the editor of "Pacifica Views," a journal published by conscientious objectors interned in work camps. He later was chairman of the Conference on Peace Research in History.
