Wigham, John, 1749-1839
John Wigham was born on the 22nd day of the 2nd month, 1749 (Old Style) in the county of Northumberland. He was the son of William and Rachel Wigham. He was married to Elizabeth Donwitty in 1769. The couple had 8 children. He became a minister at the age of 24. He began travelling in 1783. Died in Aberdeen on the 17th day of the 4th month, 1839.
