Healy, Christopher, 1773-1851
Christopher Healy (1773-1851) was a prominent Quaker minister who travelled throughout England and America in service of the gospel. Healy was a convinced Friend who was born in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, and was buried in Fallsington in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He married twice, first to Sarah Sheffield and after her death, to Sarah Miller. Between his two wives, he had 23 children. He was opoosed to both Elias Hicks and Joseph John Gurney.
