Griffith, Abraham, 1713-1798
Abraham Griffith was a Quaker minister from the Delaware Valley. He was born approximately on 2nd month 12 O.S., 1743 (April 23 N.S.) to Abraham and Hannah Griffith, near Gwynedd, Pennsylvania. Griffith moved around Montgomery County over the course of his life, and eventually settled in nearby Burlington County, New Jersey. He died on October 24, 1798, after serving as a minister for roughly 66 years.
