Elizabeth Hart Drinker was a Quaker minister from Philadelphia. She was born in 1737 to John Hart, and in 1760 she married Daniel Drinker (1735-1815). Elizabeth first appeared in the ministry around 1775, and over the next two decades she visited many of the meetings in the area associated with the Philadelphia Yearly Meeting. In 1793 Drinker set out for England on a religious visit in company with George and Sarah Dillwyn. Her health declined and she eventually died in London on the 10th day of the 8th month, 1794.
