Sneakers (Musical group : N.C.)
Power pop combo Sneakers formed in 1975, by Chris Stamey and drummer, Will Rigby, while attending the University of North Carolina ; the group was later joined by guitarist Mitch Easter. The group traveled to New York City in 1976 to appear at Max's Kansas City, but dissolved soon after.
