Yost, William, 1841-1910.
William Yost was born on June 6, 1841, in Jackson Township, Stark County, Ohio. He enlisted with the 104th Ohio Infantry Regiment, organized at Massillon, Ohio, on August 4, 1862. Yost fought in the Atlanta Campaign, his first engagement being at Resaca in May 1864. He survived the war unscathed and died in 1910.
