Dr. Arthur Simeon Winsor Jr. (1930-2019) was a professor of music at the University of Toledo.

Dr. Winsor graduated from the University of North Carolina with a B.S. in mathematics, minoring in music. He later received an M.A. in music from the University of North Carolina and a Ph.D. musicology from the University of Michigan.

He was the son of Dr. Arthur Simeon Winsor, Sr. (1886-1979), who was assistant professor of mathematics at the University of North Carolina.
