Costin, George Calvert Parke
George Calvert Park Costin was born in 1822 in Washington, DC. He was the son of William Costin and Philadelphia (Delphy) Judge, and one of seven children. Costin moved to Australia in 1854 and worked as a hairdresser. He became a naturalized citizen of Australia in 1872 and died in Sydney in 1876.
