Carson, Jon

Hide Profile

Jon grew up on a 5th generation dairy farm in Western Wisconsin, where he developed a life-long love of the outdoors.

He worked as a land surveyor and at his local rural electric cooperative while earning his civil engineering degree at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

Before founding Trajectory Energy Partners, Jon had a career in renewable energy that ranged from Chief of Staff at the White House Council on Environmental Quality to Senior Director of Solar Ambassadors at SolarCity. He also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Honduras, working to build clean drinking water systems for rural villages.

At Trajectory, Jon’s passion for rural America and clean energy come together in the work to bring the benefits of solar energy to communities across the Midwest.
