United States. Panama Canal Company. Executive Planning Staff
On December 1, 1953, the Executive Planning Staff was established. It was responsible for program planning; advance budget planning; management studies; manpower control; statistical data on marine traffic; economic studies and surveys; management engineering; and the preparation of annual reports and monthly reports.
