Baker, Constance, D., 1912-
Mrs. Baker was born in 1912 in Tougaloo, Mississippi. When she was two, her family moved to Hattiesburg, where she attended Sixteenth Section School, Grace Love School, and Eureka High School. She received a degree in science from Jackson College and a Master's degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She has taught in Perry County, Hattiesburg, and at the Kelly Settlement. Baker has been active in the Head Start Program in Mississippi.
